Diagnostics Solution Expert North and Centre of Portugal

Working as Diagnostics Solution Experts you will:

Provide technical support, including updates, to the installed base ( BMK Ultras, BMK Ultras Plus, Discovery Ultra, BSS) , and act as a problem solver whenever requested by the HUB;

Play a key role in understanding clients' further needs and propose solutions to address them, expanding our penetration and partnering with the clients' to best fit their vision. This last part will be the commercial component of your role;

Integrate an amazing team of DSEs and HSLs (Healthcare Solutions Leads) and work within the commercial chapter in a stimulating environment where empowerment and autonomy are strongly encouraged;

Working in "squads": cross functional teams of DSEs, HSLs and other relevant SMEs (subject matter experts) who meet regularly following the AGILE framework in order to perform with the clients at the centre;

Be co-responsible for the management of assigned accounts in full cooperation and alignment with the squad and HSL, in the respective accounts;

Responsible for protecting current business and developing new business in assigned accounts at the Lab level;

Identify business opportunities for customers within the area of responsibility in terms of products and solutions;

Support and provide all the necessary content for tenders according to the specific situation of the customer and in line with the tender process;

Ensure fill the channel across the installed base at each customer;

Deep knowledge and application competencies about the entire portfolio of Pathology Lab;

Strong customer orientation and focus on the customer experience;

Strong expertise for after-sales support, operations' continuity and excel customer experience;

Solve application problems on site when requested via the HUB;

Prepare, install and configure the systems, according to the requirements and needs of customers;

Carry out operational visits, to validate the correct use of the systems, proposing changes or improvements (when necessary and possible, based on systems´generated data analytics);

Demonstrate the clinical and operational value of the solutions and products in the area of responsibility;

Ensure customer evaluations and demonstrations, after the installation and customer training phase;

Keep up to date technically and scientifically, maintaining the level of knowledge of equipment in terms of user and applications;

Report all technical support activities (problem-solving, etc.) in CRM.
