Descrição

Reporting to the European Team Leader your main responsibilities will be:

You create and manage quotations and orders and ensure smooth and accurate processing.

You handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including cancellations, order changes, delivery delays and updates of contact details.

You act as the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email and other digital communication channels.

You manage customer claims by investigating root causes, issuing credit and debit notes and organising compensation deliveries when required.

You cooperate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Accounts Receivable and IT, as well as with suppliers, for example to support projects.

You provide support to other customer service teams when needed and actively contribute to high service quality.

Perfil ideal

The ideal candidate will have:

BA Degree in relevant areas;

At least 3 years of experience performing the same duties preferably within and Industrial sector;

Fluency in English and French (mandatory);

Domain of a third language as German would be highly valued;

Proactive attitude is valued as well as an open minded profile;

Team player with critical thinking is appreciated;

Strong character and good communicator;

Ability to work within different topics and priorities at the same time.
