Descrição

Financial Leadership & Compliance

  • Full ownership of Planning & Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Statutory & IFRS reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
  • Represent the company with authorities, auditors, financial institutions and key external stakeholders.



Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide financial and non-financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Performance optimisation.
  • Lead management reporting, forecasts, budget process and ad-hoc analysis.



Team Leadership & Transformation

  • Lead and develop the Finance team; hire, coach and structure for "fewer but stronger".
  • Strengthen FP&A capabilities and implement a disciplined monthly business review.
  • Improve billing efficiency, reporting quality and operational workflows.



Systems, Controls & Processes

  • Drive SAP improvements and ensure reliable, integrated financial data.
  • Coordinate finance-IT alignment on systems, upgrades and interfaces (billing, payroll,etc.).
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance culture and risk management.
  • Coordinate audits, reconciliations and integration of newly acquired entities.

Perfil ideal

  • Senior Finance leader (CFO / Finance Director / Deputy CFO) from multinational environments.
  • Strong background in controlling, accounting, IFRS, tax, treasury, compliance and internal control.
  • Solid SAP experience (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in transformation, process improvement or M&A integration.
  • Experience in healthcare, services or other operationally intensive sectors is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
