Our client is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the operations, inspire the team, and support the continued growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hotel with ambitious expansion plans, including the opening of a second property currently under renovation and scheduled to open in 2028.

Descrição

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Hotel Manager will have full operational responsibility for the hotel, the kiosk, and the terrace operation.

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 45 employees.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards across all hotel operations.
  • Manage team performance, engagement, scheduling and productivity.
  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance functions to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise food & beverage operations, including the bar, kiosk, and terrace.
  • Handle administrative matters, including correspondence with local authorities, inspections, regulatory bodies, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure hotel standards are consistently maintained.
  • Take ownership of operational targets and business performance.
  • Work closely with the Owner and senior leadership team to support future expansion projects.

Perfil ideal

  • Previous experience managing hotel operations as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extroverted, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
  • Highly autonomous and capable of self-managing in an environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong sense of accountability and achievement.
  • Hands-on operational mindset.
  • Experience in food & beverage management is highly valued.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Portuguese is highly desirable.
