A successful Accounts Payable should :

  • Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation of financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and address payment inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to accounts payable activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Perfil ideal

A successful Accounts Payable should have :

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial procedures and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
