Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will drive financial governance, oversee tax matters, and support business growth through process optimisation and sound financial control.

Descrição

    • Lead the company's accounting activities.
    • Manage month-end and year-end closings.
    • Oversee VAT, CIT and withholding tax compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
    • Monitor accounting for investments and capital projects.
    • Support financial control of major expenditure projects.
    • Assess tax impacts and provide recommendations.
    • Support transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.
    • Manage tax risk and compliance processes.
    • Strengthen internal controls and governance.
    • Coordinate auditors, tax advisors and authorities.
    • Review reconciliations and financial statements.
    • Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Partner with local and international stakeholders.
    • Support strategic and financial decision-making.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Certified Accountant qualification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, CIT, and tax compliance.
  • Experience managing the full accounting cycle.
  • Background in Construction, EPC, Industrial Projects, or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Experience with capital projects or investment accounting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and finance technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
