Our client, which is a fast-growing organization operating in the highly regulated medicinal cannabis and pharmaceutical sector, is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Supervisor. The position is on-site based, with the mission ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs requirements for the cultivation of medicinal cannabis (GACP) and the manufacture and distribution of cannabis-based medicinal products, in accordance with EU-GMP Part I, Part II, and applicable regulatory frameworks.

Descrição

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and GxP documentation (SOPs, records, and controlled documents);
  • Maintain the Risk Management System and support risk assessments related to processes, equipment, products, and third parties;
  • Review batch documentation for Qualified Person (QP) approval or rejection;
  • Manage deviations, non-conformities, change controls, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
  • Prepare and review Product Quality Reviews (PQR) and quality performance reports;
  • Coordinate equipment qualification and process validation activities, including protocols, risk analyses, and reports;
  • Plan and perform internal audits and support external audits within the scope of GACP, GMP, GDP, and the QMS;
  • Manage client complaints and ensure appropriate investigation, documentation, and follow-up;
  • Manage the qualification and ongoing evaluation of potential and approved clients and suppliers, including due diligence activities;
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and maintain Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with GxP-critical clients, suppliers, and service providers;
  • Plan, perform, and follow up on supplier and client audits as part of the qualification and requalification processes;
  • Manage and coordinate GxP training programmes.

Perfil ideal

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other related scientific fields;
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance roles;
  • Strong communication and influence capabilities, with the ability to partner with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Excellent analytical mindset, ethical standards, and strong sense of confidentiality;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Location: Torres Vedras.
