Descrição

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to ensure minimal downtime and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates and maintenance.
  • Document IT processes and provide training to staff on technology use and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies concerning technology usage

Perfil ideal

A successful IT Support Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software maintenance.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
