A successful Treasury Specialist should

  • Manage daily cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity levels.
  • Coordinate and execute payment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts for management review.
  • Support financial risk management initiatives, including currency and interest rate exposure analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting of treasury operations.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure timely resolution of banking issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Perfil ideal

A successful Treasury Specialist should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a treasury or related finance role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and cash management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish or in English; additional languages are a plus.
