  • Lead and develop a team of treasury, credit and collections, fostering engagement, capability development, and high performance.
  • Oversee treasury, credit, and collections operations, ensuring processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
  • Support strategic financial decisions, including financing structures, cash flow optimization, and management of foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
  • Manage credit risk exposure, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and effective risk assessment and mitigation practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects, including process harmonization, simplification, and automation across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance leadership, contributing to decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits, promoting a culture of governance and accountability.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, credit and collections leadership roles, ideally within multinational or shared services environments.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, with a focus on motivation, development, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • SAP experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
