Descrição
- Design, implement and control Learning &, Development (L&,D) programmes and initiatives aligned with the overall Human Resources strategy;
- Execute and control the training needs analysis process, in order to identify potential training opportunities;
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of Learning &, Development programmes matrix based on competencies and technical skills to assess employee performance and identify potential training opportunities;
- Guarantee that the onboarding programme of the company is applied to every new employee liaising with his/her line manager in order to prepare the day of admittance and contribute to a successful integration on the organization as efficiently and effectively as possible;
- Monitor and control training costs;
- Elaborate internal reports and prepare training data for legal reports;
- Participate in transversal HR corporate projects;
- Prepare and develop reports of KPI's to support management decisions;
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Learning &, Development (L&,D) and talent/career management;
- Experience in corporate roles in multinational environments or experience in Management Consulting / Human Capital Consulting;
- Good knowledge of Learning &, Development (L&,D) best practices;
- Good MS Office knowledge;
- Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and lead changes;
- Ability to manage priorities and stress resistance;
- Hands-on, energetic, autonomous and resilient;
- Team player, with excellent communication skills;
- Eager to learn and to follow new practices and trends.
