Descrição
- Support the sales team for the tenders;
- Creation of the Sharepoint structure for the tenders;
- Prepare all the questions that needs to be clarified from the client & put or send the requests to the client;
- Select the right products for the tender;
- Support the sales team for the tenders;
- Maintain updated the database for the tenders;
- Analyse the tenders and prepare of the all the administrative documents requested.
Perfil ideal
- Academic Backgrounds in Business Support, Services or similar;
- Experience in Sales support;
- Good knowledge of tender management;
- At least 5 years of experience in B&D / Customer Service;
- High degree of professionalism and integrity;
- Fluent in French.
