Our client is a reference in it's market and wants to recruit a Commercial Manager.

- Develop commercial solutions for complex commercial issues and manage resolution of commercial claims with customers;
- Draft and negotiate contract terms with customers using appropriate techniques and strategies;
- Develop and implement contracting and negotiation strategies for new business;
- Support the commercial development of product and service offerings;
- Identify potential risks and liabilities in proposals and contracts and negotiate amendments to minimise business risk;
- Instruct and administer new and existing business agreements providing trusted advice and guidance;
- Manage the sales team.
Perfil ideal
- A degree or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in similar positions;
- Previous commercial and contracting experience;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, negotiate and draft contracts;
- Experience and knowledge in Telecom industry;
- Fluent in english.
