A successful Team Leader Reconciliation & Investigation should :

  • Manage and oversee reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise cash and investigation activities within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and team outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all reconciliation tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes effectively.
  • Train and develop team members in reconciliation and investigation best practices.

Perfil ideal

A successful Team Leader Reconciliation & Investigation should have:

  • Proven reconciliation skills and expertise in cash and investigations.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Technology & Telecoms industry or Banking & Financial Services sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for reconciliation tasks.
  • Fluency in French and English.
