  • Leads one specific team that can have multiple stakeholders/customers;
  • First point of contact and customer relationship manager (CRM);
  • The position is that of a process expert driving process scoping and mapping followed time and effort analysis with the aim of resource optimization;
  • Proactively drives continuous process improvements, operational efficiencies, implements corrective measures after aligning with impacted stakeholders;
  • The position is that of managing expectations of the different services and stakeholders while ensuring business continuity;
  • Sets team targets in alignment with department and division strategy/ targets, manages resource allocation, recruitments for the team, escalations and quality topics;
  • Consult and aid the customers/ stakeholders with process and policy expertise;
  • Is involved with department projects mostly as project leads or at least as project team members (e.g., getting further, NL transition etc.);
  • Is part of the department leadership for location/ department related common issues and for defining strategic way forward;
  • Identifies and drives measures to obtain cost efficiencies within respective scope of control.

Perfil ideal

Education and Language:

  • High School Degree (Mandatory)
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • University Degree in HR/ Management/ Economics etc. (Preferred)

English: C1Work Experience:

  • Team leading of back-office operations expertise in HR shared services industry or core HR functions
  • HR and/ or shares services project conceptualization and deployment experience preferred
  • Exposure to SAP, good hold over Microsoft tools etc., is added advantage

  • Ability to communicate (assertively if required), motivate the team and influence the team and stakeholder
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems
  • Ability to comprehend and think from a department perspective and not only from a team perspective
