Descrição

Support team members in managing daily tasks, resolving escalated issues and reporting incidents when necessary;

Ensure activities are coordinated and delivered with high service quality and accuracy;

Contribute to people management processes, including growth, training and performance development, in alignment with the Operations Manager;

Anticipate team needs and operational requirements, enabling timely resource planning and internal mobility when relevant;

Set individual objectives in line with departmental strategy and conduct regular performance reviews;

Manage client escalations raised by the team and communicate them to management when appropriate;

Help define and implement operational controls to maintain high standards of quality and compliance;

Participate in new initiatives and support the development of client relationships;

Produce operational reports and KPIs related to team performance and activity levels;

Share updates, improvements and key information within the team through meetings and internal communications.

Perfil ideal

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;

Experience in banking or financial operations and team management;

Solid understanding of operations and transaction‑processing workflows;

Knowledge of risk management principles;

Fluency in English, written and spoken;

Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

Confident decision‑making skills;

Ability to inspire and engage teams;

Strong capability to develop people and enhance their skills.
