- Leadership to manage and develop the Inbound Customer Service and Account Managers;
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and productivity gains in the Account Managers and Customer Service to be efficient on their roles;
- Manage the Team to increase customers' volumes and upsell on value added services;
- Complete workload planning and prioritization form the team.
Perfil ideal
- Goal and sales oriented;
- Fluent in English;
- A strong communicator;
- Organized individual;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience;
- Minimum 3 years in managing people;
- High performance in working with excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
