Experience with recruitment technologies and platforms. Experience with Workday, Prospective and LinkedIn would be an advantage;Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders as well as recruitment agencies. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on;Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met;Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
