A successful Talent Acquisition - RPO should :

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the Financial Services industry.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Perfil ideal

A successful Talent Acquisition - RPO should have:
