- Work together with different divisions to refine financial processes and pinpoint chances for cost reduction.
- Generate thorough reports on financial performance, discrepancies in costs, and audit discoveries for senior executives and stakeholders.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated track record in corporate cost control, internal auditing, or similar financial positions within the construction or hospitality sector.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality or construction areas.
- Thorough comprehension of financial regulations, accounting fundamentals, and internal control standards.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in pertinent software and financial management applications.
- Must be collaborative and work effectively within a team.
