Descrição
- Ensures the progress of work on site according to the contractual schedule and design, in particular on subcontractors' performance;
- Oversees healthy and safety aspects on the construction site which are necessary to complete the project successfully and applies the group procedures and corresponding safety regulation to all actors working on the project;
- Establishes a close collaboration with all participants of the projects and coordinates project staff on daily operations;
- Manages and organise the site/technical meetings on the construction site;
- Oversees the respect of sub-contractual agreements;
- Monitors and takes care of application of best practices and Assurance Quality Plan (AQP);
- Designs, monitors and takes care of site installations (PIC) and H&S indications
- Ensures reporting of the progress of the works
- Transmits all important information to the project team
Perfil ideal
Master's degree in civil engineering and urbanism or similar;
High knowledge of construction systems;
Experience in the private market building sector appreciated (Industry, Logistics Hubs, etc.);
Experience in construction site management;
IT skills: Autocad;
Entrepreneurship, Autonomy and Team spirit;
Job including weekly business trips on the construction sites within a national perimeter;
Languages spoken: fluent English necessary, French appreciated.
