Our client is a multinational company developing its expanding activity in Portugal.
- Analyse production indicators to identify improvements;
- Follows margins/efficiency and make the adjustments necessary for the entire perimeter;
- Lead the set up of action plans;
- Analyse recruitment forecasts and ensure optimum use of available production positions;
- Ensure the compliance with processes and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS);
- Follows the turnover, absenteeism, control rates and drive the necessary action plans;
- ensure the availability of production means (supports, tools, technical resources);
- Manage set ups;
- Manage budget, P&L and operating account;
- Manage reporting requirements for the project(s);
- Prepare and lead production/steering committees and client visits;
- Bring added value to the project(s);
- Contribute to the welcoming of clients/prospects during site visits.
- + 3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience in Customer Service, Outsourcing or similar sectors;
- Experience in working in international environments;
- Fluent/Native in French;
- Customer focus;
- High negotiation and communication skills;
- Proactive, responsible, teamplayer.
- Leadership orientated and a strategical thinker.
