SHEQ Manager - Figueira da Foz (M/F)

Develops a vision of quality thinking for the division, drawing up policy in line with management policy and determining of (multi-year) planning;

Implements (behavioural) rules, guidelines and frameworks with regard to (SHE)Q within the division;

Designs guidelines and procedures for operational assessment and reporting, planning and reporting procedures, methods for evaluation and techniques for identification and analysis and (ICT) support;

Checks adequately for compliance with the management system, procedures and regulations and is responsible for keeping them up to date of the system;

Prepares external inspections by certifying and controlling bodies for and accompany them; Coordinates and performs internal audits;

Conducts independently following internal deviations or incidents conduct research that leads to recommendations;

Advises and convinces the organization of the need for a complete quality control of the various business processes through clear prepare and implement management system documents;

Coordinates the quality management process, prepares reports, advises the MT and line organization on issues and application of frameworks and guidelines;

Acts as a central knowledge center in the field of quality and the internal and external standards that apply and functions for the organization as a source of information regarding the management system;

Realizes an informative and effective range of training courses.
