Descrição
- Conducting learning needs assessments;
- Developing and updating content training support material targeting structured On-The-Job Training (OJT);
- Developing, as needed, instructor-led classroom training, on-line learning, and assessments tools;
- Collaborating with external and internal resources to identify training needs and recommend strategies;
- Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs;
- Partnering and coordinating with Group HR to ensure consistency and continuous improvement;
- Utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools (as needed);
- Reviewing existing OJT training content, design and implementation for effectiveness and providing guidance and mentoring;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors;
- Aligning training with the organization's goals.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other relevant qualification;
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience within this role;
- Experience in developing training programs and material;
- Experience with e-Learning tools;
- Strong command of the English language;
- Ability to work with outside vendors on occasion for support of learning initiatives;
- Ability to take initiatives and drive execution with business result;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing situations and priorities;
- Approach work in a methodical and organized manner, ensuring tasks are completed on time;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate good interpersonal skills;
- Anticipate obstacles and develop contingency plans;
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
