  • Conducting learning needs assessments;
  • Developing and updating content training support material targeting structured On-The-Job Training (OJT);
  • Developing, as needed, instructor-led classroom training, on-line learning, and assessments tools;
  • Collaborating with external and internal resources to identify training needs and recommend strategies;
  • Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs;
  • Partnering and coordinating with Group HR to ensure consistency and continuous improvement;
  • Utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools (as needed);
  • Reviewing existing OJT training content, design and implementation for effectiveness and providing guidance and mentoring;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors;
  • Aligning training with the organization's goals.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other relevant qualification;
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience within this role;
  • Experience in developing training programs and material;
  • Experience with e-Learning tools;
  • Strong command of the English language;
  • Ability to work with outside vendors on occasion for support of learning initiatives;
  • Ability to take initiatives and drive execution with business result;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • Approach work in a methodical and organized manner, ensuring tasks are completed on time;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate good interpersonal skills;
  • Anticipate obstacles and develop contingency plans;
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
