- Drive the strategic and tactical approach of Talent Acquisition and inspire them to achieve even greater milestones;
- Ensure that candidates have a great hiring journey;
- Work closely with a small and collaborative local Talent Acquisition team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Contribute significantly to both the global and local Talent Acquisition strategy;
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment journey;
- Support in the definition of the strategic approach for the talent attraction efforts and participate actively in all its related activities;
- Align all talent relations and recruiting efforts with the overall strategy;
- Coach and mentor the team and other stakeholders.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
- 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including international recruitment;
- Passionate about technology;
- Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people, across a variety of cultures, is a must.
