* Use the network of contacts to identify new target clients;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
* Implement market initiatives and sales campaigns;
* Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle;
* Prepare and deliver clients proposals;
* Supervise the delivery of client engagements;
* Engage closely with internal delivery teams;
* Engage closely with external partners and providers.
Perfil ideal
* Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering or Business;
* IT Professional services experience and knowledge;
* Financial services experience and knowledge (banking or insurance);
* 8+ years of relevant work experience.
* Executive level business acumen which enable to serve as a thought partner with customers;
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate business and technology topics;
* Decisive, results and execution orientated with demonstrable achievement of success;
* Proactive communication style, with proven ability to build trust and respect from the team;
* Ability to put together winning proposals through direct sales and in response to tenders.
