Multinational IT company with headquarters in Lisbon (City center) looking for an Senior IT Recruiter.
Descrição da oferta
Planning, coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process;
Identify and contact high-quality IT talents from a range of sources (Online Channels, Internal Database, etc);
Conduct first touch phone calls and in-person/remote interviews;
Negotiate hiring proposals and employee compensation packages;
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline;
Develop strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Monitoring and recording full cycle of recruiting process to keep candidates, team members & Team leaders continually informed.
Perfil ideal
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field;
Comproved experience in IT Recruitment (+ 3 years);
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus);
Proficient in the use of MS Office, mainly Excel skills;
Good communication skills;
Proative & Multitasker;
Keep calm under pressure;
Enthusiastic;
Autonomous.
