Senior Application Engineer

Collaborate with all engineering disciplines and project management to achieve design objectives, manufacturability, project timing and cost targets;

Support and perform Design Validation and Process Validation tests, Electrical, Software and EMC Testing;

Manage system requirements and conformance to customer specification;

Main interface between plants and customer engineering teams;

Support look across activities with other plants;

Responsible for understanding and managing to closure product/system issues relative to intended system usage. Maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met;

Responsible for investigating customer product/system related problems and developing timely solutions related to the application;

Perform the electrical design, simulation and analysis of power electronics circuits and systems to meet technical product requirements;

Conduct the electrical debug, test, characterization, and validation of power electronics designs;

Specify, identify, select, and test of key critical electrical components;

Develop an optimized electrical and thermal solution utilizing balanced requirements to meet schedule, technical and cost constraints;

Follow organizational Electrical Design process and documentation related to Electromagnetic Compatibility design and confirmation on product hardware;

Design and analyze circuits used in the application following design process;

Collaborate with the customer to ensure that application are in compliance with requirements.
