Project Delivery & Human Capital ExpertiseSupport Human Capital Advisory engagements, contributing to diagnostics, analysis, and the design of people-related solutions.Conduct research and assessments in areas such as:Organization design and operating modelsWorkforce planning and workforce analyticsTalent development and performance managementLeadership development and capability frameworksEmployee experience and engagementChange management and communication plansHR process optimization and HR technology enablementPrepare high-quality deliverables including presentations, reports, workshops, and data-driven insights.2. Client Engagement & CommunicationEngage directly with client HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings.Present insights and recommendations clearly and professionally in fluent English.Facilitate interviews, workshops, and focus groups as part of project activities.3. Data Analysis & InsightsPerform data analysis to support organizational diagnostics, workforce analytics, benchmarking, and HR performance measures.Interpret qualitative and quantitative findings to develop actionable recommendations.Support design of dashboards, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms for HR and people transformation programs.4.
