1. Project Delivery & Human Capital Expertise

  • Support Human Capital Advisory engagements, contributing to diagnostics, analysis, and the design of people-related solutions.
  • Conduct research and assessments in areas such as:
    • Organization design and operating models
    • Workforce planning and workforce analytics
    • Talent development and performance management
    • Leadership development and capability frameworks
    • Employee experience and engagement
    • Change management and communication plans
    • HR process optimization and HR technology enablement
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables including presentations, reports, workshops, and data-driven insights.



2. Client Engagement & Communication

  • Engage directly with client HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and professionally in fluent English.
  • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and focus groups as part of project activities.



3. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Perform data analysis to support organizational diagnostics, workforce analytics, benchmarking, and HR performance measures.
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative findings to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Support design of dashboards, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms for HR and people transformation programs.



4. Team Collaboration & Contribution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across strategy, operations, and HR.
  • Mentor junior analysts or interns by reviewing work and providing feedback.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives (methodology development, value propositions, proposals, research, and thought leadership).

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years in consultancy firms (Big Four, global advisory, or boutique HR/Human Capital consulting).
  • Experience supporting Human Capital, HR Transformation, or Organizational Development projects.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, people analytics, and organizational effectiveness topics.
  • Experience preparing client-ready materials and participating in stakeholder presentations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including HR and workforce data analysis.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to structure work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and client-service orientation
  • Produces high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong client presence and communication.
  • Shows curiosity and initiative in solving organizational challenges.
  • Contributes to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
