Descrição

1. Project Delivery & Support

  • Contribute to Finance Transformation engagements, including diagnostics, process mapping, solution design, and implementation activities.
  • Conduct analysis on finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), FP&A, and Treasury.
  • Support development of target operating models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables including workshops materials, reports, and presentations.



2. Client Engagement

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and validate findings.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build trusted working relationships with client teams.



3. Financial Processes & Digital Enablement

  • Perform detailed analysis of current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
  • Support implementation of digital tools such as ERP enhancements, automation (RPA), analytics platforms, and workflow systems.
  • Assist in developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.



4. Team Collaboration & Contribution

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (finance, operations, IT, data).
  • Mentor junior analysts or interns, offering guidance and feedback.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as methodology development, proposals, and thought leadership.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years in consultancy firms (Big Four, global advisory firms, or boutique consulting).
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement, or digital finance projects.
  • Familiarity with finance processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
  • Exposure to ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to structure analyses, solve problems independently, and present conclusions clearly.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and client‑service mindset.
