Our client is a multinational company with their shared service center in expansion.
- Handling of processes in accounts payable;
- Receipt and audit invoice;
- Payment of liabilities;
- Support in the preparation of financial statements;
- Maintenance of vender master data;
- Account maintenance;
- Handling of consignement stock clearing process and invoice postings;
- Support intercompany accounts payable reconciliation;
- Participation in project work;
- Handling external and internal vendor queries via email/phone.
- Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
- 5 years experience in similar areas of business (preferably in a shared service center);
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Costumer orientation and results;
- Domain of Ms office tools, SAP or other ERP;
- Fluent in English.
