Descrição

Responsible, together with the Accounting Manager, for all accounting routines in compliance with the standards and values of the company, local tax and accounting regulations;
Coordinate the accounting operations: accounts payable, inter company transactions, gift card analysis and reconciliation, daily shop reports and shop administration, stock management, general ledger analysis, bank and reconciliations of credit-cards and accounts, fixed assets, salaries, cash flow forecast, monthly & yearly cut, Corporate Tax calculation & administration;
External audit correspondence;
Manage and delegate the workload to the accounting team as well as lead and train them;
Generate and ensure accuracy and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing;
Communicate with other departments within the company as well as external auditors and tax authorities;
Accomplish projects for the Accounting Manager. A long term goal is also to participate and run central projects.
