We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation and optimization projects across our client's manufacturing operations.The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., PP, MM, SD, QM, WM/eWM), strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

The SAP Project Manager we're looking for, will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and system optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and resolve any technical issues or risks during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance system adoption.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards during project execution.

Perfil ideal

The SAP Project Manager we're looking for, must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and QM (Quality Management) and integration with MES.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations or upgrades.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP) is a plus
