The role requires strong expertise in Procurement, Supply Chain operations, and system integration within SAP S/4HANA. The jobholder will navigate complex organizational and technical challenges while ensuring adherence to standards, best practices, and global governance.

  • Translate global Procurement‑to‑Pay (P2P) Supply processes into SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality while incorporating industry best practices.
  • Support business process owners and regional SMEs in achieving a consistent "fit‑to‑standard" model across countries.
  • Challenge implementation partner proposals, solution designs, and estimation efforts to ensure alignment with true business requirements.
  • Ensure the correct balance between standardization and essential customizations to maintain long-term system stability.
  • Oversee integration of P2P Supply processes with existing third‑party systems to ensure accurate and seamless data flow.
  • Validate technical feasibility and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and architecture principles.
  • Lead core model workshops with BPOs and implementation partners across multiple geographies.
  • Function as a communication bridge between functional stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure strong adoption and process understanding.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support (AMS) teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize P2P and Supply Chain processes supported by SAP S/4HANA.
  • Support integration initiatives between SAP and external systems to ensure end‑to‑end operational consistency.
  • Deliver structured and comprehensive end‑user training and documentation.
  • Conduct alignment workshops and participate in solution validation cycles.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility for proposed solutions and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with functional and technical governance models.
  • Support handover activities to AMS teams.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ideally in greenfield implementations.
  • Module Knowledge: Expert level - Procurement, Stock Management; Intermediate level - Project System (PS), Controlling (CO)
  • Additional Valuable Experience: SAP Ariba, SAP Rebate Settlement, S/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities, SAP BTP & Custom Application Development
  • Strong experience configuring SAP MM and Ariba functionalities in alignment with procurement and supply best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership competencies with the ability to guide and support cross‑functional technical teams.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to adapt quickly to evolving business needs, complex stakeholder dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Languages - English; French (advantageous)
