  • Adapt global Accounts Payable Procurement‑to‑Pay (P2P‑AP) standards into SAP S/4HANA Retail while following industry best practices.
  • Support business process owners and regional SMEs in adopting a "fit‑to‑standard" approach that ensures consistency and efficiency.
  • Assess and challenge proposed solutions and cost estimates from implementation partners to guarantee alignment with real business needs.
  • Maintain the balance between standardization and essential customizations to preserve system integrity and ensure long‑term sustainability.
  • Oversee the integration of P2P‑AP processes with third‑party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and uninterrupted operations.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure compliance with governance guidelines.
  • Conduct core model workshops with BPOs and implementation partners to align on cross-country requirements.
  • Communicate clearly between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring full understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure strong user adoption.
  • Coordinate effective knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support (AMS) teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize business processes supported by SAP S/4HANA.
  • Participate in integration activities involving both internal systems and external partners.
  • Deliver hands‑on training and user support for Accounts Payable and P2P functionalities.
  • Conduct core model alignment workshops across countries.
  • Evaluate solution feasibility and safeguard alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure functional and technical compliance within the established governance framework.
  • Support structured handover to AMS teams.



Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, preferably in greenfield environments.
  • Expert level: Finance (Accounts Payable).
  • Intermediate level: Project System (PS), Controlling (CO).
  • Additional Valuable Experience: SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), SAP Rebate Settlement, S/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities, SAP BTP & Custom Application Development.
  • Solid experience configuring FI-AP and VIM processes following best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, able to inspire and guide technical and functional teams.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • High adaptability to changing project scopes, demands, and technologies.
  • Languages: English mandatory, French as an advantage.
