Descrição

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to refine and improve business processes, ensuring maximum alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Support integration efforts between SAP S/4HANA and various internal/external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and stable end‑to‑end functionality.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, enabling them to leverage SAP effectively.
  • Conduct solution alignment workshops with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and implementation partners to validate and refine the core model.
  • Evaluate solution feasibility and contribute to estimation activities to ensure proposed designs meet business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all functional and technical solutions adhere to business expectations, corporate standards, and system governance guidelines.
  • Support structured knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support (AMS) teams, ensuring long-term operational continuity.

Perfil ideal

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ideally within greenfield implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Expert knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Finance (FI), Project System (PS), and Controlling (CO).
  • Proficiency configuring SD processes including pricing, sales orders, billing, and delivery.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a capacity to guide and support technical teams.
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to evolving project scopes and rapidly changing technological landscapes.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
