Descrição
Administrative support to the account managers setting up the correct quotations (billing as tax information) for the different markets the company works with;
Issuing credit and Debit notes requests;
Working with the Team Leader in order to obtain a System Optimisation and Efficiency;
Verifying all the information in the system in order to guarantee the correct work flow.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor degree;
Minimum 2 years experience in administrative environment;
Full English Proficiency;
Knowledge of other languages will be valued;
Experience with SAP will be a plus;
