Our client is a multinacional company in the gas and oil sector.
The main responsibilities for this person will be:
- Carry out market research, with a view to identifying and contacting potential Customers in
the Industry and CVL fleets business areas;
- Preparation of proposals and follow up on them with customers;
- Collaborate actively in defining company's operating strategy in existing markets and business areas;
- Seek to identify partnerships with third parties (suppliers or others) in order to make the proposals as comprehensive as possible regarding services;
- Collaborate on the sales objectives for each year and ensure their achievement;
- Collaborate in defining the participation of the company in fairs and exhibitions in relation to the CVL and IND business areas;
- Conduct monthly management and analysis of customers (volumes; profitability, etc ...) as well as other events that become necessary to register;
- Control and record customer orders;
- Collaborate in the definition of promotional items based on market feedback and what can best be valued by customers;
- Participate actively in defining the range of products sold by the company;
- Keep the information available on each product up to date.
The ideal profile should have:
- Relevant engineering qualifications and application knowledge will be a plus;
- Experience in sales;
- Fluency in english (obligatory);
- Contact with the industry;
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment (internally and externally);
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs plus Salesforce and Phocas ;
- Articulate, numerate and computer literate;
- Strong, positive, proactive communicator;
- Negotiating, Presentation Skills;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Pro - active, work on own initiative;
- Team player;
- Results orientated.
