Our client is a leading technology and payments multinational company empowering merchants to capture the growth of international shoppers through Tax Free Shopping solutions, smart data and business intelligence, targeted marketing solutions and added-value payment solutions.
Reporting to the Managing Director it is a management position responsible to achieve the Budget targets and to ensure sales team members are in the condition to deliver their best. The main duties consist of delivery of budgeted targets assigned and coach and drive the field sales team. Keep a relationship with the main customers and ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence;
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
Set sales targets and minimum quality standards required to field sales organization ;
Analysis of results vs. objectives, understanding reasons for deviations and initiation of corrective actions when needed;
Relationship management with major customers;
Provide leadership and direction with clear communication to the sales organization.
University graduate in Economics, Marketing or Management
Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the sales targets
Min 5-8 years' experience of leading, managing and developing a sales team
Background and professional experience in multinational environment preferred
Strong written and conversational spoken Portuguese and English
Genuine sales leadership, ability to coach and to drive the sales organization
Strong customer orientation
Good negotiation skills
Hunting mentality to get in new business in B2B
Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels
CRM management experience would be considered a plus
