Our client is an investment management and real estate development company that caters to the needs of international GoldenVisa investors.
- Mediation agreement coordination with new B2B partners;
- Carrying out the whole sales process for given leads from pitch to signature with the support of the sales team;
- Supporting the sales process in property selling by doing visits, meeting with the clients or having video calls and doing proper follow up for closing deals;
- Managing the hub spot having all the contacts in the system (reminder emails and calls to the investors and agents for follow up);
- Investor, agent and lawyer coordination for each deal;
- Weekly reports on the new leads, conversions, and lost deals, as well as agent and country performances;
- Documentation follow up of the subscription documents and legal package of the investments;
- Replying to English spoken digital media leads;
- Diving feedbacks to Digital Marketing Manager for optimising the acquisition budget on the channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn);
- Supporting office, sales and marketing teams when necessary;
- Attending fairs and international events with the team.
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing, Management, Economic or Finance;
- Previous experience in USA Market on real estate and/or financial products (B2B and/or B2C);
- Experience on real estate agency / developer side of the business, investment fund knowledge is a plus;
- Experience in Golden Visa program and Investment Immigration's products;
- Fluency in English (native speaker in English and other languages are a plus);
- Good command of IT tools and good excel knowledge;
- Client orientated;
- Organisation and able to work under pressure with teamwork abilities.
