Our client is a B2B Proptech scale up company that combines real estate big data together in one place to facilitate client's daily business opportunities.

The Sales Manager Portugal | Proptech will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage Portugal market sales pipeline. Proactive outreach (cold calls, research, networking, etc...) to prospective offices and franchises to organize meetings and close deals;
  • Manage Sales & Sales Support team in Portugal;
  • Understanding the pain points & needs and communicating the right value propositions;
  • Track & Communicate key account metrics with important offices & franchises to ensure an excellent client experience. Build and strengthen relationships;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics;
  • Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key decision makers (Brokers, Office Managers, Team Leaders);
  • Recruit and onboard sales executives.



Perfil ideal

5+ years experience in sales or account management in either real estate sector or in SaaS business;

Effective and persuasive communicator (both verbal and written) with an ability to clearly summarize value proposition;

Excellent account management skills and customer-centric attitude;

Knowledge and network in the real estate franchise is an advantage;

Customer first mindset and hunter mentality;
