  • As head of our team in Portugal, lead and develop our activities and expertise throughout the country
  • Manage and develop the internal team, manage interfaces, and create synergies with other entities of the Group
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales Forecasting and Financial Reporting: Provide accurate sales and financial forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and establish new business contacts.

Perfil ideal

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the design and build or real estate industry
Proven track record in managing and realizing design & build projects
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers in the design & build sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
