- Develop and help sales growing;
- Search for new market targets and partners;
- Plan and define strategies for the different products;
- Lead the commercial team and coach/train them on the field;
- Work with the marketing team to improve brand engagement;
- Close cooperation with the Technical Department;
- Establish and sustain trusting relationships.
- Academic degree in Management and/or Health Sciences;
- Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Manager in the Medical Devices sector;
- Experience in the OR and great understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies;
- Self-motivated and client-oriented person;
- Great negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude and good problem-solving abilities;
- Good level of Spanish and English;
- Ability to travel regularly.
