Our client is a Leader Multinational company in the Cosmetics sector.
Development & Implements the Sales Strategy with a "key account management spirit", ensuring business focus, motivation & engagement of the Field Sales Team;
Provide support and coaching to the Field Sales Team;
Monthly prepares all required & necessary sales development analysis & reports in timely and diligent manner;
Being Critic on the data and market trends proposing solutions or anticipating issues collaborating on new initiatives;
Implement every month the written pro-active schedule to the Sales Team;
Prepare and participate in all company events and trainings as needed - Portugal or abroad if needed.The SDS provides also a specific sales analysis & reports & recognition to the Sales Team and works to suggest pro actively improvements that drive business growth in a solid way. Furthermore is responsible to pass the company values and guarantee the execution of the written proactive schedule, also collaborating and attending the Sales Events and Trainings.
Bachelor/University Degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar;
More than 3 years of experience in the Sales, Coaching, Performance Coaching and Sales Analysis;
Strong Customer Orientation and focus on results and goals;
Excellent analytical skills;
Excellent people skills, with a spirit of sensitivity & cooperation and a Team player;
Hard worker with organization and prioritizations skills;
Pro-active and flexible, easily adapts, embraces and motivates change;
Good English level;
Office tools knowledge (Proficient in Excel).
