With a growing portfolio and ambitious expansion plans, they are currently seeking a senior professional to lead the residential sales function while playing an active role in investor relations and capital raising efforts.

Descrição

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and lead the execution of sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming residential developments.
  • Set pricing structures, phasing, and incentive strategies in coordination with finance and leadership.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other sales channels.
  • Oversee the entire sales funnel - from lead conversion to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor and report on key sales KPIs such as absorption rate, sales velocity, conversion rates, and pricing performance.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilisation of CRM tools and reporting frameworks.



Financial Performance & Commercial Insights

  • Work closely with the finance team to interpret financial reports and assess the impact of sales performance on overall project viability.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts based on real-time market feedback.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimise product mix and go-to-market timing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for internal and investor use.



Investor Relations & Capital Raising

  • Support the leadership team in capital raising activities at both the project and corporate level.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor decks, data rooms, and financial presentations.
  • Participate in investor meetings to present sales strategy, market positioning and performance updates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with investors, providing transparency on project milestones and commercial outcomes.

Perfil ideal

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, ideally within a development environment.
  • Solid understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, particularly Lisbon.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with sales KPIs, CRM systems and interpreting financial performance data.
  • Previous involvement in investor relations or capital raising is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Proactive, structured and entrepreneurial profile with a hands-on approach.
