Our client is a reference organization in the Industrial sector that seeks a Quality Manager for its International structure

Ensures business goals are attained, continuously developing Quality Systems to delight customer's requirements;
Resource planning and budgeting;
KPI definition & On time reporting on Quality related KPIs;
Drives continuous Improvement programs by developing processes, systems, tools and techniques;
Supplier Quality Engineering (Drive supply chain quality improvement programs;
Coordinates Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), validating NPI through the development cycle up to mass production;
Coordinates on-site Customer Quality activities.
Perfil ideal
Degree or Master in Engineering;
Strong quality management skills and execution in all disciplines: QE (SQE & PQE); QC; IQC; IPQC; OQC. Metrology;
Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial responsibilities;
QMS - ISO 9001:2015; IFS; BRC;
NPI - exposed to fast passed project development environment, having a proven track record and clear examples of navigating products from development stage to mass production;
Team developer / coaching abilities, budget management, KPI driving;
Experience and self-motivated leadership to build effective quality management system from SQA, QE to QA - Technical skills training abilities: SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, Minitab, 8D, MRB, etc.
Cost of Quality awareness, experienced on manufacturing cost reduction by applying QE continuous improvement tools
Works under pressure & navigates through conflict ensuring business objectives are met.
