Our client is a big international company with assets in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain. In Portugal they already have 4 assets fully developed and functioning and 2 more being developed. With the objective of growing their presence in Portugal they want to hire a person with market knowledge that can help them increase their presence.
Descrição
Manage a portfolio of 6 assets (2 developments) of PBSA with future growth. The main duties will be:
- Assisting with technical projects
- Monitoring of developments (2 PBSA developments in Lisbon)
- Development of presentations
- Market research and data analysis
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment, capital and sale decisions
- Developing budgets and presenting asset valuations
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor/Masters in Engineering, Architecture or other relatable areas (not mandatory)
- Previous experience in Property/Asset management
- More then 4 yaers of experience
- Fluent in portuguese, english and spanish (the last one is not mandatory)
- Ideally based in Lisbon or Porto
