Development of electrical compressors including inverter and motor drives during an application development
Planning and steering of customer projects in alignment with internal and external partners in Portugal and international
Target definition of quality, cost and timing with internal and external customers as well as active milestone controlling
Planning of internal and external development resources
Planning, coordination and controlling of development tasks within the PD development team
Continuous project monitoring considering internal and external information
Project status presentation internally and externally
Steering of project risk and change management
Close collaboration with program managers to reach overall project targets regarding cost, timing, industrialization, etc.
Preparation of technical offers for application developments
Perfil ideal
Engineering degree in electrical / electronic engineering or comparable engineering degree;
Long tie experience in the above field;
Profound knowledge of automotive development processes;
Profound knowledge of Automotive SPICE;
Experience in compressors and electronic components;
Customer orientation;
English communication skills (written / spoken);
Ability to work in teams and flexibility;
Willingness to travel;
Usage of standard software packages (MS Office)
