- Defining the F&A processes and pro-active identification of process improvement (Continuous improvement); and leading and carrying out delivery of F&A process improvement projects;
- Deciding, designing, and carrying out project management processes and methods with regards to F&A processes;
- Defining effective process and delivery requirements and support the process harmonization on a global scale;
- Support HQ/Corporate Finance in the implementation of corporate Finance programs, processes or procedures which are to be locally applied;
- Strict implementation and adherence to internal guidelines, instructions, processes and systems, local as well as global.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting or related field;
- 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in Accounting and Reporting;
- Experience in process improvement and re-design;
- Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes;
- Experience working with Power BI, Data cubes and familiar with SAP and/or Navision;
- Ability to work in matrix organization, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focus and collaboration skills are essential,
- Proficient level of English (spoken and written).
