Descrição

  • Plan, manage and execute professional services within time on scope of sold projects;
  • Align customer needs with organizational capabilities to maximize satisfaction and retention;
  • Choosing and developing the team leaders and team members;
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by providing high-quality support fulfilling the agreed SLA's;
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements in products and services;
  • Maintain service levels for customer queries and issue resolution;
  • Manage the project initiation, including resource allocation and scope definition and the successful delivery and customer handover;
  • Manage the customer interaction post-delivery of services or product installation. and act to solve any customer issues.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in management or IT;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions;
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage complex service engagements;
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies;
  • Demonstrates a high level of commitment to project success and customer satisfaction;
  • Availability to travel.
